SPORT ARENA
Palace of Culture and Sports, built in 1985-198. With 12,000 seats, it is the second largest sports hall in the country. Here you can watch not only sports matches, but also a number of valuable concerts.
SHOPPING PARK AVION
One of the largest shopping complexes in Ostrava, where you can choose a wide range of goods. The park grew up in the late 1990s. There are more than 70 different stores and shops offering goods from food to electronics to sports. The campus continues to expand.

NEW TOWNHALL
It is located on Prokešov náměstí and is the largest town hall complex in the Czech Republic. It is part of a viewing glass square tower, from which there is a wonderful view of the entire city.
OLD TOWNHALL
Located on Masaryk Square, today it is the seat of the Ostrava Museum, where interesting short-term and long-term exhibitions are held.
SILESIAN-OSTRAVA CASTLE
It lies at the confluence of the Ostravice and Lucina rivers. Today, a wonderful place for relaxation, rest with the possibility of a cultural experience.
CHURCH OF ST. CATHERINE
It is located in the Hrabová district. It is a wooden church from the 16th century, which completely burned down in 2002. It was among the most valuable wooden sacral buildings preserved in northeastern Moravia. Today you can see and visit its faithful replica with a shingle roof.
ZOO
It was founded in 1953, its area is 104 ha and it houses more than 1200 animals. It is a wonderful area providing a relaxing stay with a variety of activities and experiences for the whole family.
STODOLNI STREET
There is probably no need to introduce the already well-known and established street with a number of bars and clubs.
LANDEK
This location in Petrkovice is a monument to a Paleolithic settlement in Central Europe, a camp of mammoth hunters. The Landecka Venus was found here, coal seams reaching the surface. Part of the area is the nearby and very popular Mining Museum and a nature trail.
OBSERVATORY AND PLANETARIUM
The area in Krasne Pole offers interesting tours of the sky with a number of accompanying programs.
